Terminated Employee Access

We'd like terminated employees to have access to their paystubs and T4's for a certain period of time, but remove access to anything else.

Relationship drop down list in Emergency Contacts

I would suggest removing "Daughter" and "Son" and replacing that with "Child". Specifying if someone is a son or daughter is not inclusive and is irrelevant.
