Scheduled Friday Off - Recurring 'Out of Office' status on Calendar

It'll be nice when setting up a Working Pattern for someone e.g works only Mondays-Thursdays and we want to let the people in the company that the person is not working every Fridays. The only available option right now is to request it as a 'Time off' so it will shows up on the calendar.
