Change default pay date

Our bi-weekly pay date has been adjusted from Wednesdays to Thursdays, however, the pay period dates remain the same. I would like to be able to revise all my future pay dates to one day later without needing to do this manually every pay period.

NEEDS TO BE WAY TO SEND REVISED PAY STUB TO ONLY EMPLOYEE WITH REVISION

There NEEDS to be a way to revise an employee's pay without having to resend the pay stubs to every other employee. Sometimes if there's two-three revisions everyone gets two-three pay stubs. Creates a lot of unnecessary confusion. PLEASE IMPLEMENT!

Pay runs that do not have to include every employee in the payrun

It would make a lot more sense to be able to just add an additional pay run for just one employee (Ones who request their vacation pay) and not have to include every employee and have to edit all their information in order to just pay one perosn

Delete a Pay Run schedule and keep employees and pay groups, to be able to start over

Ability to delete or de-activate a pay run schedule so you can start over on another pay schedule, keeping the same employees and the same pay groups. Things change in life.
