Training certification report with expiration dates

A report that we can export to an excel sheet that allows us to see employees names, position, training, training date, training expiration date.

Allow people to add breaks for clock in

Currently if people use the clock in option, they cannot easily add a break afterwards. it would be nice if people can add a break in via mobile app AND web browser if they've forgotten to clock out for their break. Frequent request.

Add recurring availability, or unavailability

If employees have times they can never work (i.e. Tuesday mornings), allow that to live in Shift Scheduling, so employers know! Rather than manually needing to input it for each week.

Have Employee Birthdays Hidden by Default

Have had many complaints from customers that birthdays will appear on the birthday widget for all employees. Birthday widget cannot be easily turned off for companies that don't have "Leave Management" and/or "Calendar"

Add a probabtionary period reminder

Add a reminder at hiring where you can set the timeframe for the reminder (standard 3 month but adjustable would be great) Then it signals probationary reviews and payroll increases that can come when the probation is complete.

add minimum break length for clock in and out

customer would like an easyway to add minimum break for clock in/out function. but also have it so that employee cannot take less than that minimum break. For example, all employees have to take at least 30 minute break
