Allow people to add breaks for clock in

Currently if people use the clock in option, they cannot easily add a break afterwards. it would be nice if people can add a break in via mobile app AND web browser if they've forgotten to clock out for their break. Frequent request.

to have the system automatically subtract 1/2 or 1 hour from their time for lunch.

We are new to your system and would love for the system to automatically subtract time from staff for either 1/2 or 1 full hour of lunch. if they do not leave the building. if they leave yes they must clock out.

Stop people from clocking in too early

have a parameter/setting where employers can choose to block (or make some kind of alert) if someone clocks in before a certain time.

Working Pattern

Curently it is very tedious to set working patterns. Would be nice to be able to duplilcate working pattern to save on time. The customer can then make small adjustments to the copied working pattern

Have Employee Birthdays Hidden by Default

Have had many complaints from customers that birthdays will appear on the birthday widget for all employees. Birthday widget cannot be easily turned off for companies that don't have "Leave Management" and/or "Calendar"

Allow employee to edit Clock in/Clock out on mobile app

currently if you need to edit a clockin/out, you can only do it on the web browser and not the mobile app. Many complaints that this is inconventient.

Add recurring availability, or unavailability

If employees have times they can never work (i.e. Tuesday mornings), allow that to live in Shift Scheduling, so employers know! Rather than manually needing to input it for each week.

Having employers being able to see where the employee clocks even when it is not in a specific job zone. Employees may need to pick items up at suppliers, or in our case employees are paid for travel time.

A way to send fillable documents throught signable doucments (or to be able to easily resize/restrict free text fields in Signable doucments

Employers in canada have to send TD1 tax document every year for employees to fill and sign. there is no good way to do that throught Sage HR. Signable doucuments cannot be restriced (to numbers or text) and also the field cannot be resized to rig...
