Scheduled Friday Off - Recurring 'Out of Office' status on Calendar

It'll be nice when setting up a Working Pattern for someone e.g works only Mondays-Thursdays and we want to let the people in the company that the person is not working every Fridays. The only available option right now is to request it as a 'Time...

Add recurring availability, or unavailability

If employees have times they can never work (i.e. Tuesday mornings), allow that to live in Shift Scheduling, so employers know! Rather than manually needing to input it for each week.

allow an option to be turned on so an employee can swap or suggest a swap for shifts

Ability to schedule Work pattern that covers night shift

Sage HR doesn't currently allow us to create working pattern shift that starts 10PM and ends the next day after midnight (or even at midnight the same day)
