Currently, when someone requests for a position for recruitment, they can go back into the request to make edits up until it is either approved or declined. Once it is declined, the individual who requested the position is no longer able to see the request and the comment that was provided by the approver does not get sent to the requester. It would be nice if the system could allow the requester to be able to view a full list of positions they have requested including all awaiting approval, approved, and declined.
If the request is declined, provide the requester with the option to make changes to the request and resubmit.
