Have had many complaints from customers that birthdays will appear on the birthday widget for all employees. Birthday widget cannot be easily turned off for companies that don't have "Leave Management" and/or "Calendar"
Quebec customers have informed us that this is not compliant with Law 25 (related to Privacy). There needs to be a way for admin to fully turn off/remove the work anniversary/birthday box (in top right of dashboard) so that it is not up to the employee to turn it on/off, given that they legally are not allowed to view other employees' information such as birthday and hire date without consent from these employees.
