Allow Time off In Lieu to be stored a 1.5x hours worked according to Canadian employement standards

According to Canadian Standards Act, Time of in Lieu must be banked at a rate of 1.5. For example, if employee worked 2 hours, the time off in lieu should be banked at 3 hours. Not just 2 hours. This can be adjusted manually but an automatic calculation option would be ideal.
