Currently when an employee's time off allowance is changed, the system assumes a Jan 1 effective date and automatically adjusts Days Available to the new allowance amount. Often employees will have Vacation Allowances adjusted on their anniversary date so we would like to enter a change to a Time Off Allowance with an effective date.
