If some employees leave the company and come back. The company sometime offer them a higher vacation rate through different service year. But the Payroll system picks up the Rehire Date (Last Hire Date) for the Vacation Accrual Calculation. In some cases, this may not be the rate required .Could it be nice to have an option to use the adjusted seniority date for the vacation accrual calculation through payroll? It should be much easier to update a flexible vacation rate.
