need to be able to set up and pay employees without an email address. this would eliminate the problem with rehire and an email already being used
when a client changes from bi weekly to monthly, you have to terminate and rehire to do this. you cannot rehire as the email is already used and you cannot change the pay schedule either. no win situation
We have similar issue. Want to change Pay Group for an employee, but have to terminate and reinstate (ok) but we cannot re-use the original email address. Employees can't be expected to create new email addresses just to accommodate us.
