This may not be so relevant in the UK but in other countries you need to indicate to clients that this is a stand alone version that it cannot be integrated with any Sage products that they may currently be using. We were not aware that we were signing up for something that cannot be integrated and would have to be completely rebuilt if we want to integrate in the future. This also leads to the fact that the phone apps will never work to their full potential either due to the lack of integration.
