I use a standard set of questions for my 1-1 and it would be useful if I could reuse them every time rather than having to type out again and again. So copy a 1-1 form for each meeting.
In addition, my 1-1s occur on a regular cadence and would like to set reoccurring meeting as you can in Outlook.
