Add "Emergency contact" field to Mass editing option in Employee data settings

It would be appreciated if the "Emergency contact" field can be seen in the list of columns to choose for "Mass editing".

It would be helpful for custom fields (in Employee data) to have the option to select a Team (Versus Everyone OR Specific Employees).

It would be appreciated if Custom fields within Employee data has "Teams" as an option of the assignment choices. Choices would be: Everyone, Specific employees, or Teams (possibly want a multi-choice under Teams). instead of having to choose each...

Report rounding

Hours on reports such as Payroll Detail report are rounded when they shouldn't be for accurate reporting. I enter 36.5 hours worked for an employee for example and it shows as 37, need it to show 36.5 or whatever was entered on pay run.
